31 Day Salad Challenge: Day 1
May is National Salad Month! So to celebrate I’m going to try and eat a salad everyday! I started day one simple, fresh, and clean. My salad consists of romaine lettuce, cucumber, grape tomatoes, carrots, celery, and corn. I tossed it with a garlic roasted pepper dressing and topped it with some pepper and a small squeeze of fresh lemon. Yum!
